8/18/97	ArtNet Italia acquired the new Italian domain http://www.artnet.it/ in order to ease the rembering of its reference and to join the family of worldwide Artnets.

8/2/97	A text by Eugenio Dittborn titled The Internet Revolution written to give an interpretation of the scope of the recent Venice Art Biennal has been presented upon authorization of the art magazine Quadri & Sculture.
8/1/97	A short poem produced by ArtNet Italia was selected to represent the site in the Webpoetics index aiming at providing a different way to browse the Web allowing visitors to choose their destination by reading short poetry.
